We're open from 10am until late, seven days a week.
Yes, we serve Kosciuszko Pale Ale fresh from vat to tap.
Yes, pets are welcome in our beer garden. Service animals are also allowed in our venue with the appropriate paperwork.
Yes, we offer three levels of parking for hotel guests, including undercover parking with a 2.4m height limit.
All hotel rooms are non-smoking, but designated smoking areas are available outside. Please ask our staff for locations.

Summer: Clancy's Brasserie is open 12pm - 3pm and 6pm - 9pm daily; The Overflow is open 12pm - 3pm and 5:30pm - Late. On weekdays The Overflow is open 12pm - Late.
Winter: Clancy's Brasserie and The Overflow are open 12pm - 3pm and 5:30pm - 9:30pm daily. During peak season The Overflow is open 12pm - Late.

Food can be ordered from our restaurants or using QR codes in Clancy’s Brasserie. Drinks are available at any of our three bars.
Yes, we have an outdoor seating area in the beer garden.

Takeaway is available from the Overflow menu; please order in person as phone orders are not accepted.

We do not have a lift. If stairs are an issue, please inform us, and we will accommodate you on a more accessible level.
Boutique rooms do not have microwaves but are equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Our restaurants are available for dining.
Banjo’s Rest apartments do have kitchens.
No, for health and safety reasons, we cannot heat outside food.
As we are a live entertainment venue, noise may be audible in our rooms.

Yes, we have a bike storage cage and a drying room for snow gear. Please contact reception for arrangements.
