Clancy’s Brasserie
Located on the hotel's lower level, the newly refurbished Clancy’s Brasserie offers an authentic Alpine dining experience. With stone feature walls, a contemporary feel and a stylish new cocktail bar, this intimate space is ideal for those ready to dine and drink the night away.
The menu, a favourite amongst the locals, boasts succulent steaks, crisp, fresh salads, the famous ‘Snowy’ trout as well as good old-fashioned pub classics.
There are also plenty of gluten-free and vegan options available.
The Overflow
Enjoy plenty of #goodtimes at The Overflow. Located on the upper level of the hotel, here you will find juicy burgers, flavourful pizzas along with American-diner style classics. If you’re in a hurry, grab something on the go!
Try our popular Banjo Burger, share a few Overflow Pizzas or feast on hot wings, poutines or something from our ever-changing specials board. There are also plenty of gluten-free and vegan options available.
Beer, wine & Cocktails
The adventure continues with our impressive range of boutique beers, signature cocktails and hand-picked Aussie and international wines.
With 22 brews on rotation across three bars, plus the iconic VAT-TO-TAP Kosciuszko Pale Ale brewed on-site, we’re happy to say you are spoilt for choice at The Banjo, Jindabyne.

Opening Hours:
Our restaurant hours are seasonal and are subject to change.
During peak summer, our restaurants operate Monday to Sunday:
Clancy’s Brasserie: Lunch from 12-3pm and Dinner from 6pm to late.
The Overflow: Open from 12pm to late.
Please note: Our online booking system is closed at 4:00pm daily to allow restaurants to set up. If you would like to visit us but are unable to make a booking, please call - (02) 6456 2372
